For custom gifts, we recommend a minimum of one week's notice to thoughtfully create a gift that meets your expectations and ensures seamless delivery. For larger orders of multiples (holidays, banquets, etc ) more time will be needed. Shorter timelines may be accommodated for local orders or simpler requests.

If you're short on time, and just need one or just a few gifts that don't need to be the same,  our ready-to-ship collection is a great option—these gifts typically take 1–3 days to process and ship. See our Marketplace page to explore our collection of pre-designed gifts.
